Ours is one ‘Cucina pop’ with traditional Roman dishes and of Civitavecchia revisited in a modern way. We like to choose “poor” but top-quality ingredients and then transform them into tasty and never predictable dishes.
The wine list at Cosa mi mangio oggi includes organic and biodynamic wines; we love Italian biodiversity, which is recognised worldwide. And, for this reason, in our storage, you will find wines from harvested grapes (from Sicily to Trentino, including the bubbles, classic and ancestral method).
